A friend took a cheap PC to an auction and have a CD burner and a DVD-ROM there that were installed. Now they have the recording software and a DVD player. You must be running Windows 2000 (running preferred) or XP.
You are looking for free software solutions. I know not a good option also burn, free DVD?

I always use to burn video DVD with a total Video2DVD, easy to use, works on DVD players
Step 1: Click on "New Project", add video files,
Step 2: Click on "2nd menu to the DVD menu,
Step 3: Click "3 Output", click "Convert & Burn" is output.
