Used Conveyor Oven Hi All! Does Anyone Know Which Type Of Conveyor Oven Is Best For Preparing Sandwiches?

Hi all! Does anyone know which type of conveyor oven is best for preparing sandwiches? - used conveyor oven

What I want to achieve is to an oven when bread (eg soft)-crusty French baguette transport with the ingredients, and finally cooked and slightly crispy dimensions without opening, but less moisture in the bread. Cooked Unlike what happened with the mass of a pizza "," in the proceess raw, cooked (to lose the moisture) I do not want a finished product with all the crusty bread. Ideas? Thank you!

I suppose you are for commercial purposes, and the best transport Blodgett oven ... not very expensive and high quality and good warranty. You can measure the speed of the bread in the machine, as well as temperature.

I think you mean a convection oven.
Basic pizza cooked fresh or frozen
a loaf of bread is already cooked, so you only to a medium heat. Stick to be cooked or ash
Try a Croque-Monsieur
Bread, butter on 2 pages
Place the bread and butter 1 side of the plate without butter instead of bacon and slices of cheese, many sharp /
without the bread and butter
Now you have 2 slices of bread with butter on the outside.
Heat a frying pan slowly.
Place butter on the bottom of the pan.
Press down with a plate until they are brown.
Sandwich delivered to the other side of the butter to bottom
Maintain a constant heat --
simmer until ready to print the record
Serve with a salad or something Loke /
undertaker matron is exactly the same, but only with cheese.
Cheese is melted so that his own recipes for what you want /
These snacks are gorgous Hope this helps

Lincoln COLLISION oven (conveyor), it is the best choice. The only problem is, they are very expensive and I have not seen him that hade for domestic use.

You can adjust the speed of the conveyor belt, and the baking temperature.

The oven has a door in the middle of the strip, so that you can object on the place or take them out of the center. This is a great feature for toast or finishing par-baked products.

I hope this is the information that they sought.
